Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy
Throttle Therapy
At Throttle Therapy, every piece of riding gear is made on demand after an order is placed. This production method allows us to create fresh, high-quality gear specifically for each rider while minimizing waste and overproduction.
Because each item is produced individually for your order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.
However, we are committed to ensuring that you receive the correct size and a product in perfect condition, which is why we offer limited exchanges in specific cases outlined below.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns & No Refunds
All orders placed with Throttle Therapy are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong product
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by courier services
- Minor color differences due to screen display variations
Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Exchange Eligibility (30 Days)
We offer limited exchanges within 30 days of delivery only in the following situations:
• The product arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong product
• You require a size exchange
All exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Size Exchange Policy
If the size you ordered does not fit, you may request a size exchange.
Conditions for size exchange:
- The product must be unused and unworn
- The item must be unwashed
- All original tags must remain attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges, unless the incorrect size was sent due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please include clear photos of the issue so our team can review the request quickly.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at:

Include the following information in your email:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Important: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Used or worn products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Exchanges are typically processed within 3–7 business days
- Replacement products will be shipped shortly after approval
Shipping times for replacement items may vary depending on location and courier partners.
