Throttle Therapy

At Throttle Therapy, every piece of riding gear is made to order once your purchase is confirmed. This production process ensures that every rider receives freshly produced gear designed specifically for their order. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All products are produced after an order is placed.

Processing Time:
2–5 business days During this time, your riding gear is prepared, quality checked, and packed for shipment.

Processing times may be slightly longer during:

  • High order volumes
  • Holiday seasons
  • Promotional events

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

United States:
5–10 business days

International Orders:
10–20 business days (depending on location)

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipment has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, Throttle Therapy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • High shipping volumes

These factors are outside our control, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Your order may be delayed
  • The package may be returned to the carrier
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping

Throttle Therapy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. Throttle Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Verifying the delivery address

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Throttle Therapy has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement according to our Exchange Policy.
